About how fragile is the armour? What's it made out of?

It isn't too fragile. A good fall in the suit will do some damage. It's made of card stock then you fiberglass it t strengthen it.

Oh ok, is there anything else you could add to make it more sturdy?

More layers of fiberglass. You can also add bonding to the outside to clean the details. That somwthings helps to strenghten it.

I'm curious, would you be willing to sell this suit or make another one like it? if so, how much would you sell it/requested one for?

well unfortunately I don't make these to sell them. besides I have no idea what i'd even charge. I've seen hand made suits like this go anywhere from 800 to 10,000 dollars!
