Sweet job! Where do you purchase your EVA-foam?

What did you use to keep the armor attached together? Straps?

Qvestion, when you paint this (if you paint this) what products do you use to seal it and paint it? its hard to find relevant products in Australia :S I'm also thinking of getting the charcoal gray version of the EVA foam so i may not have to paint such a large area.

there will be a little paint going on this, some flat black detail mainly. To seal the foam you first need to use a spray on rubber called Plasti-Dip. not sure if thats available in australia. this spray also only comes in flat black, at least where I live. after 2 or 3 coats of plasti-dip, you can then paint it. its best to use a polyurethane based paint because it flexes. Spray paints are usually acrylic based which will work but will form creases where ever the foam flexes.
